Can I cancel my order?
Yes! Provided you do so within 2 (two) hours of placing your order.

Do you accept returns?
No. But in the the rare event of a damaged or incorrect order, we will work with you to address it. Just send us a picture of the issue and we will be off to the races.

When will I receive my order?
90% of orders in the US, Canada, UK and the EU reach our customers within 10 (ten) business days following shipment. In many cases it will be quicker.

Sizing
Q. I don’t see the size print I need.

A. We hope to provide more size options in the future, in the meantime, please get in touch with us if you need a custom size.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Q. Do you personalize your packaging or provide gift wrapping?

A. No, but we hope to in the future.

Q. In what kind of packaging will my prints arrive?

Our standard packaging for posters are flat for posters up to A4 size (21x29.7 cm / 8.27x11.69 inches). We use cardboard tubes for larger posters. Our framed prints are carefully fitted with corner protectors, bubble wrapped, and then packaged in heavy-duty cardboard for shipment.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Nothing. Standard shipping is free worldwide.
