It is held by the Cleveland Museum of Art.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSultan Muhammad Khandan (died after 1550) was a master of nasta'liq in Herat and the leading student of Sultan 'Ali Mashhadi. Early in his career he worked under the patronage of Mir 'Ali Shir Nava'i.
