1. Overview

This website is operated by 9 Art LLC ("9 Art Prints," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting 9artprints.com and purchasing from us, you engage with our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any of its services.

2. Products

9 Art Prints sells museum-grade fine art giclée prints produced on Hahnemühle archival paper. Our prints reproduce artworks from the public domain. We do not sell original artworks.

All prints are made to order. Product colours may vary slightly from screen representations depending on your display settings and the inherent qualities of archival printing on fine art paper.

Framed prints are handmade to order and may vary slightly in finish and dimension. Frame specifications are listed on individual product pages.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless your region has been set to another currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Production is handled by our print-on-demand partners. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

We ship to 30+ countries worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute orders once dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. To initiate a claim, contact us at support@9artprints.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We reserve the right to request the return of damaged items before issuing a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The artworks reproduced on our prints are in the public domain. Our product photography, brand assets, website copy, and editorial content are the property of 9 Art LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Prints sold by 9 Art Prints are for personal display only. Commercial use — including reproduction, resale, or use in advertising — is not permitted without a separate written licence.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications are accurate. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other site content is error-free, complete, or current. If a product you purchase does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it for a refund in accordance with Section 5.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9 Art LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

If you are purchasing from the United States, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable US consumer protection laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
