Intellectual Property & Our Commitment to Art Preservation
At 9 Art Prints, we are deeply passionate about making timeless art accessible to everyone. We take great care in curating and reproducing artworks that are in the public domain, ensuring that these cultural treasures can continue to inspire and enrich lives. Our goal is to celebrate and preserve the beauty of historic and classic art, while always respecting intellectual property rights. We would never knowingly put up any listing for sale that is under copyright protection.
Our Approach
- Source artworks exclusively from verified public domain collections and archives.
- Always attribute each artwork to its original artist.
- Carefully review every piece of artwork to ensure it is free from copyright restrictions.
- Regularly monitor copyright laws to maintain compliance.
- If we receive an intellectual property claim, we take it seriously—promptly investigating and, if necessary, removing the artwork.
We are not lawyers, just art lovers doing our best to bring beauty into the world while honouring the legacies of the artists who came before us. If you believe an artwork in our collection has been misattributed or should not be available, please reach out—we’re happy to have a conversation and make any necessary adjustments.
