At 9 Art Prints, we want you to feel confident ordering artwork for your home. Every print and framed artwork is carefully produced and packed, and if something goes wrong with your order, we will work with you to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
For standard eligible returns, the item must be returned in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
For returns that are not due to damage, defect, or an incorrect order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
For approved returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. For framed, oversized, or high-value artwork, we may require insured return shipping to protect the item in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
In these cases, we will work with you to find the appropriate solution. This may include a replacement, reprint, repair, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
If a replacement is required because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will handle the approved replacement at no cost to you.

Returns for Change of Mind, Size Choice, or Style Preference
If your item arrived as ordered but you would still like to return it, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
This includes returns for reasons such as change of mind, size choice, framing preference, colour expectations, or style preference, provided the item is eligible for return and is returned in its original condition.
For these returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is returned damaged, used, altered, missing components, or inadequately packaged, the refund may be reduced or declined.
High-Value, Oversized, and Made-to-Order Artwork
Many of our prints and framed artworks are produced specifically for each order. Because of this, certain high-value, oversized, custom, personalized, or specially requested items may have additional return limitations.
Orders over $1,500, oversized framed prints, large-format artworks, custom sizes, personalized orders, and specially requested production options may not be eligible for return for preference-based reasons, including change of mind, size selection, colour expectations, framing preference, or style preference.
This does not affect your protection if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is a production issue, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, we will work with you to make it right and will handle any approved replacement at no cost to you.
For any high-value or oversized return that is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and in secure protective packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and any carrier costs for returns that are not due to damage, defect, or an incorrect order.
We strongly recommend using the original packaging and an insured, trackable shipping service for any approved high-value or oversized return.
Refunds for approved high-value or oversized returns are issued only after the item has been received and inspected.
Framed Prints
Framed prints must be returned in secure protective packaging. Because framed artwork is fragile, we strongly recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.
If a framed print is returned for a reason other than damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment, the customer is responsible for return shipping and for ensuring that the item is packed safely for transit.
If a framed print is returned damaged because it was not packed securely, the refund may be reduced or declined.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, or specially requested orders may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This may include custom sizes, personalized artwork, special production requests, or other non-standard orders made specifically for the customer.
If a custom or special-order limitation applies, we will make that clear where possible before or at the time of purchase.
