Cityscape Art Prints

Cityscape art prints: paintings, etchings, illustrations and posters of cities, streets, bridges and urban buildings. Artists include Charles Meryon (Etchings of Paris, 1850s, including Notre-Dame and the Seine bridges), Albert Robida (illustrations of a futuristic Paris, 1880s–1890s), Edward Hopper (Nighthawks), Piet Mondrian (Trafalgar Square, 1939), Paul Klee, and Orientalist street scenes of Cairo by Jean-Léon Gérôme and Ludwig Deutsch.

It also includes the Metropolis movie poster (1927), Japanese woodblock prints by Kawase Hasui and Hiroshi Yoshida, Victor Hugo's drawing La Ville morte and Jacques Callot's 17th-century etchings.

The works cover four centuries of city views, from documentary etchings of old Paris to imagined future cities and abstract grids.

The black-and-white Paris etchings suit offices, studies and entryways; the Hopper, Mondrian and Metropolis prints work as a focal piece in a living room or home office. All prints are museum-quality reproductions, available unframed or framed with low-glare acrylic glazing, with free shipping and import duties covered.
