Winter & Snow Art Prints

Winter and snow art prints: paintings, woodblock prints and posters of snow, winter landscapes and the Christmas season. Artists include Kawase Hasui, Hiroshi Yoshida and Ohara Koson (Japanese shin-hanga woodblock prints of snow-covered ponds, bridges, herons and Mount Fuji), Pieter Bruegel the Elder (Hunters in the Snow and other winter scenes, 1560s), Francisco de Goya, Paul Signac and Emil Cardinaux (Swiss winter posters of Davos and the Jungfrau).

It also includes Christmas posters by Louis Rhead and Alphonse Mucha (1890s), Adolfo Hohenstein's poster for Puccini's La Bohème, and 1920s Soviet posters.
