Vintage Poster & Art Deco Prints

Vintage poster and Art Deco prints: advertising, travel and film posters and Art Deco illustration from the 1900s to the 1950s. The largest groups are German posters by Ludwig Hohlwein (1907 to 1919) for shops, cafés, food, sport and events, and Swiss travel and advertising posters by Emil Cardinaux (1905 to 1928) for Zermatt, the Jungfrau Railway, St. Moritz and Swiss railways. The collection also includes French travel posters by Roger Broders (1920s), George Barbier's Art Deco fashion plates such as La Flûte de Pan (1923), and film posters for Metropolis (1927), Attack of the 50 Foot Woman (1958) and Saul Bass's Vertigo (1958) and Anatomy of a Murder (1959).

The posters were chosen for clear graphic design made to be read from a distance.

They suit kitchens, entryways, home bars and media rooms. All prints are museum-quality reproductions, available unframed or framed with low-glare acrylic glazing, with free shipping and import duties covered.
