Mary Cassatt — Statement Duo | Woman Bathing & La Coiffure | Impressionist Art Print
Mary Cassatt (1844–1926) was the only American artist to exhibit with the French Impressionists — a painter whose intimate studies of women bathing, nursing, and going about their private lives brought a feminine interiority to Impressionism that none of her male contemporaries could have achieved. Deeply influenced by Japanese printmaking, she produced a series of colour aquatints in the 1890s that are among the finest prints of the 19th century. Her work is now held in the Art Institute of Chicago, the National Gallery of Art, and every major Impressionist collection.
Printed as a museum-grade giclée on Hahnemühle fine art paper using 12-ink archival pigment printing. Available handframed in FSC-certified wood with optional float glass, or unframed. Ships worldwide with free delivery to 30+ countries.
