Paul Berthon (1872–1909) was a French Art Nouveau poster artist who trained under Eugène Grasset and exhibited at the Salon des Cent alongside Mucha and Toulouse-Lautrec. His posters are distinguished by a delicate naturalism — lilies, flowing hair, and feminine silhouettes rendered in soft tonal gradations that feel closer to painting than print. Though he died young and his output was small, Berthon's work is among the most sought-after of the entire Art Nouveau movement.
