Calligraphy & Typography Art Prints

Calligraphy and typography art prints: works in which lettering or script is a main element, from hand-written manuscripts to printed posters. They include Islamic calligraphy (Qur'an folios from 14th-century Iran and the Timurid period, and an Ottoman hilye by Niyazi Efendi), Chinese calligraphy, Bauhaus exhibition posters by Joost Schmidt and Oskar Schlemmer (1920s), and Henri Matisse's Jazz.

It also includes Saul Bass's movie posters for Vertigo (1958) and Anatomy of a Murder (1959), 1920s Soviet Constructivist and propaganda posters including work by Gustav Klutsis, and title pages from 18th-century esoteric books.

The lettered prints suit studies, home offices and entryways, and the posters work in media rooms and kitchens. All prints are museum-quality reproductions, available unframed or framed with low-glare acrylic glazing, with free shipping and import duties covered.
