Émile Bernard (1868–1941) was a French Post-Impressionist painter and the co-inventor, with Paul Gauguin, of Cloisonnism — the bold outlined, flat-colour style that directly anticipates modern graphic design and influenced Gauguin's most celebrated works. A pivotal figure in the Pont-Aven school, he was a close friend of Van Gogh and a sustained correspondent of Cézanne. Despite his foundational influence, Bernard spent much of his career in the shadow of those he helped — making him one of the great hidden figures of modern art history.

Printed as a museum-grade giclée on Hahnemühle fine art paper using 12-ink archival pigment printing. Available handframed in FSC-certified wood with optional float glass, or unframed. Ships worldwide with free delivery to 30+ countries.
