Vertigo art prints: paintings, prints and drawings of staircases, heights, towers, bridges, gorges and falls. The collection includes Léon Spilliaert's Vertigo (1908), Caspar David Friedrich's Wanderer Above the Sea of Fog (1818), Giovanni Battista Piranesi's Carceri d'invenzione, Plate VII (The Drawbridge) (1749), Pieter Bruegel the Elder's The Tower of Babel (1563 and 1568 versions), M.C. Escher's The Tower of Babel (1928), Katsushika Hokusai's The Suspension Bridge on the Border of Hida and Etchū Provinces (1830) and John Singer Sargent's Staircase in Capri (1878). It also includes Saul Bass's poster for Hitchcock's Vertigo (1958) and William Blake's Antaeus Setting down Dante and Virgil.

The selection focuses on looking up and looking down: steep stairs, mountain tops, deep valleys, prison architecture and falling figures, including Henri Matisse's The Fall of Icarus (1943). It ranges from Persian miniatures and Japanese woodblock prints to Symbolist painting and 20th-century film posters.

The tall, vertical compositions suit stairwells, landings, hallways and narrow walls. All prints are museum-quality reproductions, available unframed or framed with low-glare acrylic glazing, with free shipping and import duties covered.
