Koloman Moser (1868–1918) was the co-founder of the Vienna Secession and the Wiener Werkstätte, and the most versatile designer of the Viennese art reform movement — equally accomplished in poster design, textile, furniture, stained glass, and painting. His Secession exhibition posters — bold geometry, flat colour, letter-press typography — are among the supreme works of European poster art, combining decorative intelligence with graphic power. His work is now held in the MAK Vienna, the Museum of Modern Art, and private collections worldwide.
